I understand that my admission into the facilities of the Ptown Inn is contingent upon my being fully vaccinated and willingness to adhere to the PRU policy of masking and social distancing. In
addition, I will provide proof of vaccination upon check in for the event. Failure to follow these requirements will result in my inability to participate in the events of 2022 PRU.
Registered guests may cancel and request a full refund up to two weeks before the event. The refund request must be received by Midnight (EDT) on October 6th, 2022. If you cannot attend, we’d encourage donations to the scholarship fund.
After that date, the registration may be transferred to another guest, or converted to a scholarship donation to the Roundup. If the Roundup is entirely canceled, registrations will be rolled over to the following year unless the guest requests a refund.
